RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Return Window   
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements  
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging (including shoe box)
- Items must have no damage, wear, or missing components

Any items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds  

- Approved returns will receive a 90% refund to the original form of payment  
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable  
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund  
- If the shoe box is missing or damaged, a $10 packaging fee will be deducted  

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

 
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.  
Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided.

Items must meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

Final Sale Items  

- All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange

Gifts

 
If an item was marked as a gift, a store credit will be issued upon return.  
If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

PREORDER & SHIPPING POLICY

Items marked as preorder are not immediately available for shipment.

- Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items in the order are ready
- Estimated shipping timelines are provided but are not guaranteed
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept potential delays associated with preorder items

Preorder items are subject to the same return policy window, which begins once the order has been delivered.
