SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods  
We offer the following shipping options:
- UPS Ground  
- UPS 2nd Day Air  
- UPS Next Day Air Saver (available upon request)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

 
Orders are processed within 1 business day.

- Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT are eligible for same-day processing  
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT will be processed the next business day  
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays  

Delivery Timeframes  


Delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

- UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends for most services  
- UPS Next Day Air Saver delivers on the next business day (excluding Saturdays unless otherwise specified)

Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.

Preorder Shipping  


If your order contains a preorder item:
- Your entire order will ship once all items are available  
- Estimated shipping timelines for preorder items are not guaranteed  
- By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept potential delays associated with preorder items  

Shipping Address Accuracy  


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses  
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs  
- A new shipping label must be purchased before the order can be resent  

Lost Packages  


If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at help@diversestylebysydnidion.com.

We will file a claim with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost:
- A replacement will be sent (if available), or  
- A refund will be issued  

Delivered Packages / Theft  


Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.  
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly:

Shipping Delays  


We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of carrier delays.
